By registering an account on jiji3, accessing the platform, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the jiji3 platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the jiji3 app.

jiji3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

To register and use the jiji3 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law or court order.
• You may only hold one active account on jiji3 at any given time. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted.

jiji3 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend or close your account if information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Your jiji3 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and OTP — confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person.

Any activity that takes place on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact jiji3 support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your password or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be jiji3 staff.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jiji3 immediately if you notice any suspicious account activity.

All transactions on jiji3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits can be made using Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible, and only to accounts held in your name. jiji3 does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting the required identification documents.

jiji3 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or if required documents have not been submitted. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

All bets placed on jiji3 — including sports bets, casino game wagers, slot game bets, and fish game play — are subject to the specific rules that apply to each game or event. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market.

General rules that apply across all game categories:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are only permitted under specific circumstances defined within individual game rules.
• In-play sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability at the time the bet is placed.
• jiji3 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where a result was already known at the time of betting.
• Technical errors that cause incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed do not create binding obligations on jiji3.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

jiji3 may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to players from time to time. When these are available, the specific terms — including eligibility, wagering requirements, and expiry — will be stated alongside the promotion. General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are subject to individual offer terms and may carry wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, or device unless stated otherwise.

jiji3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Abuse of promotions or bonuses.
• Use by a person under 21 years of age.
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where closure is initiated by the player for personal reasons or responsible gaming purposes, available balances will be returned to the player after standard verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiji3 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to technical errors, connectivity issues, or events outside jiji3's reasonable control.
